HubSpot has entered into an agreement to acquire Dashworks to advance their vision of giving every marketing, sales, and service professional an AI assistant. Dashworks makes business-wide search easy by going beyond your CRM – connecting data across apps, emails, documents, and meetings and summarizing the important details. The Dashworks team will join HubSpot’s AI product group to enhance search and context gathering capabilities across Breeze. Dashworks also published on their website mentioning “Today marks a transformative moment in our journey – we’re thrilled to share that HubSpot has entered into an agreement to acquire Dashworks. This begins a bold new chapter as we combine our visions to bring powerful, accessible AI to hundreds of thousands of businesses worldwide.” According to HubSpot website, “What’s impressive about Dashworks is its simplicity—ask a question, and it instantly pulls information scattered across documents, messages, tickets, teams, and third-party apps,” said Nicholas Holland, SVP and Head of AI at HubSpot. “What used to take hours now takes seconds. We’re excited to integrate this powerful search into Copilot to create a true go-to-market assistant.”
